Bissell Crosswave Recall
BISSELL is conducting a voluntary safety recall of select CrossWave Cordless models. These machines are being recalled related to a safety issue related to the battery pack. Out of an abundance of caution, BISSELL recommends that you unplug the dock and stop using impacted products immediately.
AFFECTED PRODUCT NAME: Crosswave Cordless (NOTE: this does NOT affect Cordless Max models)
IMPACTED MODEL NUMBERS: US/Canada: 2551, 2551W, 25519, 2551B, 2551D.
LOCATION OF MODEL NUMBER: Look for the product information sticker on the machine behind the clean water tank. Model number will be listed in a large black bar toward the top left on the product rating label (see image below).
