We have created online warranty submittal form for those who would like to save a trip this is only open for those who live in Stanislaus County, San Juaquin County, Merced County you must be able to drive to our shop to complete the warranty request. We are the authorized warranty repair center for Hoover & Bissell

Step 1. Fill out the form below please described the issue you are having clearly 

Step 2. One of staff members will review your review your warranty claims if we require more info, we will reach out to you!

Step 3. We will call you to schedule the repair if the unit is being replaced, we will have you bring your unit in to exchange it.

If a warranty claim is not clear, we reserve the right to reject.
