IMPACTED MODEL NUMBERS: 1985, 19851, 1985T, 1985C, 2151, 21512, 21513, 21519, 2151A, 2151C and 2151V. if you are not sure that your unit is covered by this recall, please follow this link to enter your model here.
LOCATION OF MODEL NUMBER: Remove the dirt tank from the product by firmly grasping and pulling outward. Locate the model number on the product information sticker on the base of the machine behind the dirt tank. The number will be listed on a large black bar on the sticker [see example image below].
