In order to cover the costs associated with diagnosing equipment issues, we have implemented a minimum estimate fee policy. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the minimum estimate fee for diagnosing equipment and its application towards the purchase of a new unit.

1. **Minimum Estimate Fee: **
– A minimum estimate fee of $17.50 will be charged for diagnosing equipment issues.
– This fee covers the time, labor, and resources required to assess the problem and provide an estimate for repair.
2. **Application of Estimate Fee: **
– If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair of the equipment after the diagnosis, the estimate fee can be applied towards a purchase from Southside Vacuum.
– The estimate fee will be credited towards the purchase price.
– The customer must notify Southside Vacuum of their intention to apply the estimate fee towards the purchase of a new unit at the time of declining the repair estimate.
3. **Exclusions: **
– The estimate fee cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose than the purchase of a new unit from [Southside Vacuum].
– The estimate fee is non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who paid the fee initially.
4. **Expiration: **
– The estimate fee credit towards the purchase of a new unit will expire 30 Days from the date of payment if not utilized.
5. **Exceptions: **
– Southside Vacuum reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at its discretion.
