Shipment Policy
Packages are generally dispatched within two days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS/FedEx with tracking and drop-off without signature. Tracking will be uploaded to the site once the order has shipped. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Canadian Shipping Policy
Canadian orders ship via USPS & FedEx Ground only. ; please note that (Southside Vacuum ) is not responsible for any Tariffs that the Canadian Government may collect must be paid by the Recipient.
Local Pick-Up
We now offer order online and pick up in-store. Simply login or create an account and order your supplies and then pick them up in-store; all orders that are in stock will be available for pick up in 1 hour; if an item is not in stock, you can place your order, and we will contact you when it is available for pick up.
